It was a startup when I joined here, I was eager to take up the Challenge & there was a opportunity to perform & Deliver - this I liked to work in ABDPL. I enjoyed & delivered my assigned work with great commitment.

There was no value for dedication, Smart people won't stay there ,

There was no Discipline , Straight trees are cut first , If you are a donkey you can join there , no skills required , just they need donkey to work , smart guys won't stay more then 1 yr , drunken monkeys will stay long , no value for genius ideas, worst thing is No Cab facility , No Medical Insurance, No ESI , No PF, delay in salary always , if you have a BIG bucket with you then it's a fine place to grow , if you want to achieve big find a better place or build your own life
