I like their training.

They don't have Proper planning for any programming. Like I am degree background employees they selected. They conducted mtech integrated program for 4 year. 1 year successfully completed now they disqualified the mtech program

Likes

1) Get to work on various technologies from scratch. 2) Friendly environment, helpful seniors 3) Work life balance is maintained.

Dislikes

1) Increments are equalised no matter the work comparisons between employees. 2) Salaries after gaining work experience aren't upto market standards.

Not the company environment feel so uncomfortable they smoke drink in the office working Saturday and sunday if workload! And of course there always work load

Environment Nature They drink, smoke, tobbaco in the office

Its an okey company, dont expect much from it, ruled by 1 man so lots of biased decesions, almost no growth, performance doesn't matter, how much you can show off to boss matters, if you have no where else to go and are not too ambitious and want to settle down in Delhi this company is okey for you. Rest you will find out when you will join.

No training, Old technologies, 1 way communication, poor financial growth

Company with a homely atmosphere, homely culture and treatment depends on face value.

Dislikes

Policies are on paper only and are far away from implementation. Different policies are applicable for different employees. No career growth, working on old technologies....no learning....management is incapable of running their business professionally.
