AFTER WORKING SEVERAL YEARS IN SALES. FOLLOWING IS THE SUMMARY. A BIG BIG NO TO JOIN THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY FOR SALES. PATHETIC THINKING. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BACKUP. RULES GET CHANGED WITHIN FRACTION OF SECOND WITHOUT ANY FORMAL COMMUNICATION. THE MORE YOU'RE INVOLVED IN BUTTERING THE RULE WILL BE IN YOUR FAVOUR. PEOPLE GET FRUSTRATED WITHIN FEW MONTHS AFTER JOINING AS THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR SUPPORT LIKE FEELING. BECAUSE THERE PEOPLE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS MEANT BY SUPPORT. WORST PART IS TOP PERSONS IN INDIA AS WELL AS IN GERMANY DOESN'T EVEN AWARE OF THESE FLAWS AND THEY ARE LEAST CONCERNED ABOUT. CONSIDER THIS AS A WORD OF CAUTION FOR JOINING IN SALES.
