Product is good and there were opportunity to grow vertically in organisation

Product is very good and have demand in select market segment. But very bad employer as used to get salary 3 months late. and I lost my PF for more than 4 years. NO BODY from management responded, however, few ex-employee got their PF and pending salary through court.

... money and if you ask why you deducting for no reason they will decide sack you. Business is happening good comparatively with last 2 years but they will deduct our salary cause Covid lock down Business not well directors will say like this.But in salary slip they will mention some thing for that deduction. This company is paying their debits by deducting their employees salary. Company policy is how to Cheat their employees and distributors. HR director is very interested in hearing gossips he never appreciat hard works or smart work only appreciated if you tell him what others are talking Each other in office.

It's a fraud company I don't like this company. No professional approach with employees. Womens only have job Security.

Sr. Manager HR, he is not fit for that position. Worst coordination.

Sr. Manager hr, shortlisted by management but this hr guy take very rood. He never pick the call or his juniors respond his phone call. What a responding to the colleagues.

I work very bad experience, this is not sales oriantal company, only collection based running company, No job security All are negative person Cheating company Once loose a job, not come any amount, totally blocked No response from up to bottom including HR, Managing Director, General Manager also. No.1 politics company and more ect...

For a fresher, u will get to learn a lot. Everybody does evrything here, that's how the organization works. There will be a little bit work pressure during peak season (Summer). They pay salaries on time but PF and ESI a little bit late (5 to 6 months delay). Overall it's good to work here.

1. Although it's a public limited company, work environment will be like that of a sole proprietorship entity. Which means, there will be a oit of domination of the higher management.
