Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Company Rule: You should work without tools.

Dislikes

...l are equal post (helper). And they don't know English. Egyptian Management. Salary delay maybe you will not get at on time. Overtime money will got give properly. Salary will cut without any reason. Etc...... ........................!
