I used to work at Argil DX. -The best thing about Argil DX is that they teach you how to work. I've worked at huge consultancies too, and the difference is night and day. Argil has actual Agile practices like sprint retrospective and backlog grooming, and everyone's voice is heard. Usually in larger orgs they just say "That's how it is, no point in questioning it" if you raise a concern regarding how the project is run. This makes a huge difference in job satisfaction because of built up frustration. -There's opportunity to try new things. If you have an idea for a new feature or a new implementation or even a new product, you will be heard and given an opportunity to pursue it. -Good work life balance. I was able to choose my work hours, as long as some of the day coincided with the rest of the team's work hours. -Management was not overly involved with day to day, which is good. Technical folks and management folks had clearly defined roles and responsibilities.

-Compensation could have been better

Work without pressure, career growth options, salary on time, reachable management, friendly co-workers, trips and office dinner parties.....

Have to join the organisation again to find some cons.. the best part is they find out the problem area and work to improve the same..

Selfish top management, no job security, they are not able to provide valid reason if they fired anyone they just say please send your resignation letter only people's who are chatu in nature will survive with this company.

Argil DX provides a collaborative and positive work environment which helps an individual to grow on the career front. The work life balance is excellent along with perks and awards to boost an individual's morale. The company works on various technologies which helps in keeping up the pace in the technical world.

Not many people get a chance to travel on-site

If you want to see yourself growing then Argil DX is the place you should be looking for. It's only been 1 year since I join this organization but the learnings I had during this timeframe are tremendously great. The best part is that they will keep investing in your growth through sessions, PoCs, and giving you the actual practical exposure. The team here is really supportive and everyone is ready to help at any time irrespective of their designation. Other than that the work-life balance is also good along with some trips and fun events.
