I used to work at Argil DX. -The best thing about Argil DX is that they teach you how to work. I've worked at huge consultancies too, and the difference is night and day. Argil has actual Agile practices like sprint retrospective and backlog grooming, and everyone's voice is heard. Usually in larger orgs they just say "That's how itis, no point in questioning it" if you raise a concern regarding how the project is run. This makes a huge difference in job satisfaction because of built up frustration. -There's opportunity to try new things. If you have an idea for a new feature or a new implementation or even a new product, you will be heard and given an opportunity to pursue it. -Good work life balance. I was able to choose my work hours, as long as some of the day coincided with the rest of the team's work hours. -Management was not overly involved with day to day, which is good. I am associated with ArgilDX from last year, they have great scope of learning.The company policies,culture are in benefit of employees and management team is very supportive, professional and always ready to help. ArgilDX is a place where anyone can grow and plan long term association.

Not exactly dislike but a suggestion. I think, we should become little more strict now. I have seen people taking undue advantage due to open and down to earth nature of founders.

Based on my experience level, if company is working towards my growth & learning, it certainly has all good things. So far nothing to dislike about ArgilDX.

There are lot of things to like about Argil DX. I really like the way they have designed their office, they take care of employee’s growth, positive and inclusive work culture. I really like the work culture and the people in the company. Always learning and teaching here. We get a sense of job satisfaction through the work and appreciation that comes from it. Its a great place for freshers as well. There are fun activities from time to time as well as yearly trips.

Work pressure is high sometimes. Perks are not that much.
