Toxic work environment. One of the worst organisations i have worked with. Its more of a lala company. If you are willing to Nod yes to your seniors without saying anything then its a company for you otherwise if you want to share your ideas and inputs you will be sidelined. No growth opportunities, 2 months notice period for associate level and 3 month for sme level i mean they will act like they are making something for NASA but there is no work all the process they have is a admin job thats it. No skill development no growth opportunities. If you want to destroy ypur career then please join.

The only part good is work life balance can be maintained

There is no skill development , you will never be appreciated or recognized for your work no matter how much you do. The environment here is not friendly and and very much biased
