Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is nothing to like except you get your salary on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic. There are no holidays even though you work in sales. Alternate Saturdays are working. Their focus is only on getting the business and nothing on nurturing talent and providing any training to the new employees. Even leave policies are bad. They want a medical certificate even though you are applying for a single day sick leave.

Nothing to like there, from owner to the end every person is selfish and arogant.

Dislikes

They don't even know the meaning of professionalizam, Arnab should understand before asking others to obtain the knowledge before wanting to be leader, first he him self should try to learn what is leadership is.
