Dislikes

Work life balance, management, salary, employee & management communication gap are pathatic which can disturb your sanity other wise good for those who wants to work without any expectations. Management always wants to show status to their employee by different acts which in turn demoralizing to bright candidate who genuinely works hard for the company. Company has network of henchman (coworkers) inside company which reports directly to company's management (director) which kills private/professional life and create negative environment against victim. Note if you don't have self-respect and any expectations with company then you are most welcome.

The VLSI market is growing rapidly so work in this company is very good for future if someone wants to build there future in vlsi design field. Here work culture is good and everyone is very helpful. To gain knowledge go for this company.

Dislikes

The salary is good but not enough for Bhubaneswar. The main problem company didn't gave any allowance of food or stay.
