I had a deeply disappointing experience at this company. Despite their strong marketing, many of the promises they make are misleading. The senior management lacks integrity and often fails to uphold the very values and philosophies they promote. This inconsistency not only affects the work environment but also erodes trust among employees. I wouldn't recommend this company to those seeking a supportive and transparent workplace.

There is no job security, which leaves employees feeling constantly anxious about their future. Management frequently changes policies without considering the impact on employees, creating an unstable and unpredictable work environment. The leadership team shows little to no expertise in managing people or processes effectively, which only adds to the frustration. On top of that, there is an excessive amount of bureaucracy, making simple tasks needlessly complex and draining productivity.

The problem is not the job.. It's about how the learning is taken.. From an employee perspective three months is too less of a probation period to judge someone by his /her capability... You can't judge someone I just three months.. All managers are good here.. But the main issue is the company should look into how people islolate one another and judge one another The higher management should seriously look into how managers scare the employees and leave a scare in them and getting killed for their mistakes which leads to them. Making more and mistakes

Fancy office, which you aren't allowed to see.

Sorry to say this, Few important points to consider: 1)Bad management, micro managing employees to the core. Indian employees aren't even given a little room to breathe. 2) whatever work you have done in your prior organization, work quality here is extremely poor. They hire CA, CFA,MBA with 6/7 year of experience who have worked in core roles and allocate poor quality work such a setting calender, uploading document. After few years in this organization you would feel you can't be unemployed any further anywhere else. 3) Abroad employees are ruling in Indian employees, a fresh graduate in US/London office is given the right to command Indian employees no matter what degree Indian employees carries. 4) No voice, you are immediately shut with strong criticism, if you ask for a change in style of work. Your rating is not based on your work but with rapo with your manager. 5) Even if you are a good employee, who try to be as nice as possible, the organization will still shun you. No opinion could be raised.
