Dislikes

Everything from their CCC to work culture to the system. Everything is distorted there and the place is threatened with anarchy. aReputation contains no growth whatsoever, no matter how hard you work. The tattlers, bootlickers, and sycophants will steal your share of credit.Though it is a small office, it is full of politics which was brought in to action by none other than the CCC (That's how they pass their time as they don't have much work to do). They like people with no voice and if you raise your voice about something wrong then according to them, you are forming groups (don't judge yourself according to their opinion, they are the least intelligent people you will ever see in your life). The company is good for people who want an ego boost as you will have more knowledge than your seniors and most of the time you will be teaching them what we actually do. They don't even know how to open an incognito window. Your appreciation from clients will go unnoticed if you aren't a snitch

This was my first job at aRep as Digital Marketing Executive. Here I was learn lots of things like know about Digital Marketing, Online Reputation Management and many others. Company is excellent but lower management team experience was too bad. Work here from 2014 to 2016.

Dislikes

Need to improve lower management team like marketing head or, delivery team manager. Environment not for creative candidates.
