...he security for girls is too bad even they don't provide cab facility for girls. They don't give bonus or incentives properly.

They don't have any idea ...one person name is Vivek tripathi taking a interview on the behalf of the company name and doing a fraud when I give the information one of the employee they just doing a misbehave with me laung on me and not to understand my problem and they are doing nothing to on this issue which is very big blunder for the company and they just react like that there is nothing like that

I love the atmosphere here friendly colleagues,they provide basic training which is relevant to the candidate and more skills.We can gain more com skills compare to the other,We have Brotherhood Boss more friendly with every employee unity of work,sharing of work last but not least integration of employee.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
