Job is not secure, any day any time u lose ur job. U can't take single day leave. U have to delete all ur account from job site like Naukri, shine etc. My recommend don't join such company. U can't do anything as per u

Teammates & Colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible. Appraisal procedure 80% based on attendance punctuality.No appreciations for value added work and do not value an individual strengths, instead always put pressure for non-expertise work which creates job security.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
