Product based company.Good staff majority consists of BD & engineering.Work life is good enough until ,Chinese bosses arrive.As soon as the bosses arrive suddenly people start licking their boots,Company culture suddenly transforms into Chinese hypocrisy.

Chinese people who use translator again and again , misinterpretation is the culture there as people only understand what they preconceive.Huge chinese egos are there who are inherently dictatorial.
