I don't like anything about this company. There is nothing any great things to say about it. We

...e behaviour i faced with him....he also tries to demotivate me during my work. - Very less salary you will get. So don't aspect that they will give you more money. - HR is very big liar....when i was hired as technical writer...she told me you don't have experience you will get only 15000 per month....but other person was also...a fresher ...she used to get 25000/- per month.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
