It was great experience with arcon our team was good i learnt new things with them.Good work environment and culture.but need to more improve in company policies, appraisal, salary hike and bonus.

Better not to go here in greed of salary it's a trap

Dislikes

I would highly recommend not to go here better to just take offer and get better counter somewhere else. HR is god and they can come up with new policy anytime they want. No growth opportunity. Boss of the company wants you to always be available also dont go on leave not even sick leave.

1)I Like to have No Job Security here. 2)They Bring 3 Freshers as your replacement before Hike cycle to blackmail you. 3)You get good exposure related to politics.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
