I was joined this organization as a fresher employee and this organization helps me to learn so much thing about BPO industry like how company works? how to deal with clients and many things .So for my experience this company is good if you are fresher or new in this industry.

Company must have to look minimum wage because in 21st century it is hard to balance daily expense in that salary they are providing and also look into appraisal rates.

Everything.No growth , low salary, No skill development or learning, no work satisfaction as hard working employees will never get appreciated. Job security is 0. They will remove whenever they want. So much partiality.

I'm working in this organisation since e plus years. No growth in salary. We can't expect support , no health atmosphere here. Apart from our work they will allocate lots of work which is not related for us. Disgusting to work at Chennai center.

They promises that they will give incentive after 3 month or on the basis of candidates performance but all are false.and they forcefully wants from the new candidates that they give them extra login hour.
