No job security. They just lay off the employees without proper intimation. And when it comes to salary part they provide very less salary to the employees and no proper transportation facilities too.

It was very very very very very bad experience working with Archwell operations. Escrow management is the worst, specially Assistant Manager Arunkumar Venkatachala. Even if someone genuinely dies in your family and you go and approach him for emergency leaves he will still question you like who will take care of your team. He will call and discuss about the errors received yesterday when you are attending funeral of your family member. The worst experience of my whole career to work with this guy.

1. worst work-life balance and poor HR and management 2. Yearly hike and promotion is only for TL and above. for associates just verbal appreciation 3.No job security, incentives, and management. 4. don't waste time by joining here.

The team members on archwell is very good. They are treated as close friend.

Now a days a new manager are came and they are not good , becaouse they always trying to give mentally stress. So for that mental stress is effected on work and alsi effected on job also
