"There is nothing to like about Archtech Consultants Pvt Ltd. The Managing Director is egoistic. If you find a better opportunity, she may stop your gratuity bonus and LTA without any reason. If you try to communicate with them for a reason, she will not reply to your emails. Even if you physically go to their office to meet, they may prevent you from entering the premises and restrict you to the reception area. It may be better to consider legal options, such as the Labor Court or CoA, for your settlement. It's advisable to think twice before joining this company."

Team mates are well cultured and we'll supportive but management have no idea how to run a company. Mainly the new operative director. It's a typical Bengali company who works on a philosophy of devide and rule. If you are not getting a job anywhere then it's ok to work for time being in ACPL. If you have options then ACPL must be the last option to be choose.

Dislikes

There is no training culture. They will neither spend any bit of money nor they will allow you to get self training due to time constraints. Each member of management in company is politically influenced so there are 4-5 lobby always works against each other. If you are politically sound then might be there are chances that you can sustain. Management thinks that working in Night shift will be the main solution to complete the balance work and late night workers are best employees. Salary is average but if you are Kolkata addict and want to sacrifice everything for staying in Kolkata then you can think about this company. In one work don't go for this company if not so necessary.
