I just like the interiors of the company.

Literally I just fired in a day without any information and they didn't gave my 25 days salary. From the past 5 months I just got trusted in this firm. They gave me only depression, tiredness. Also I couldn't afraid to open my name. All the employees in archline is just frustrated with boss(mr.gupta). No learning, no work-life, didn't intraction with clients at all.

You'll find a an architectural building. that's all i can say,once a while parties,designed very good but they need lot of improvement in work culture. Working staff is really nice and friendly.

...re is a lot of politics and The management doesn't actually addresses the issue. Salary is bit low as per the standards and career growth is slow. Hikes are not as much you will expect.

Okay, Now I'm posting it after 6 months of resignation. Work culture is very poor. If you are a free person without a dependency definately join this firm. After 3-4 months you will realise.overall the interior of firm is really good. But in summer days A.C is not working. And in winter days Heater is not working.

Dislikes

They need to connect with there employees . Architecture is not about pressurizing someone. They need to change there work pattern and behaviour. Literally they treat employees like labour.
