work culture are very good, teammates are helping you , as a jr engineer you get benefit of site visit also knowledge of your work, you have a ability to handle meeting you can go,, also company give you divali bonus but salary increment depend on your skill, Owner of company will help you in any situation related to work

the increment are not good, you get less petrol allowance, you will not growth your skill, after you resign they will not easily release your PF
