It's frustrating when we work on one and more softwares but don't get the salary we deserve. it's also discouraging when new people enter the office and earn more than Us. They are came with the cad only. at the end senior draftsman only teaching them work .I really don't know what kind of this ? they are earn good salary than us and they are like our responsibility why so??sorry to say but but we always teaching junior architect, trainees, and sometimes new architect. If u r give them good salaries on there experiences then why they are taking help from US. They are disturbing us in our work but at the end taking all the credit of work.

...cts. Supportive senior staff. The company is very supportive in COVID 19 period. there are deductions in salary but that is grade-wise. so it's not affecting the lower-income group and they also provide PCs for work from home. alternate Saturday off

zero work-life balance. not that great for freshers. Join here after 2 to 3 yr of experience.

Working culture is way better than any other architectural firm or any PMC. You can expect good working hours and decesion making power to you.

Salary hike should be given to the employees for their betterment.

nothing ....terrible working hours... no knowledge of how the project is executed . Simple the associates hands over the project to you without explaining the requirements of the client

...noon . no pantry service to the workers sitting late or overnight for the work . very less pay scale . lesser than the market value .
