I would advise against joining Archit Nuwood Industries Limited due to its poor company culture. The director, Mr. Archit Singla, is an inexperienced 19-year-old who seems to lack the necessary expertise and is handling the careers of others irresponsibly. Additionally, Vinit Singla and Vinod Singla have shown themselves to be dishonest in their dealings.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
