...efore.now new management and some Kerala Managers no carrying hard work people.so many serious worker's working long time getting low salary only.who will get good increment and good bounce and grade change all the benefits get only Kerala people. This company now with Kerala people hand Other state and national people no have support inside management This all my own experience . In manner of facilities ,company is pretty good, but Career growth and other development is not so vertipreture

Very hard to get promotion. Lot of politics. Sites are foreman's kingdom. They are like god in the site. Most of the engineers are depends on foreman.

The well-fare being provided for Junior employees were average. Salary was never delayed. Though the negative surpasses the positive, I am thankful they brought me to UAE from the State of Qatar.

Dislikes

ARCO do not give over time pay in the offshore project I joined. Though I work hard as a marine work assigned HSE Officer, I was issued a notice of removal from an ongoing project via email due to redundancy when I was on my vacation (from a consecutive 8 month work offshore) in my home country. I work over time for free including Friday work without pay. Working with ARCO is a not so good experience for me in the UAE.
