Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The only good part is some really big projects. But on the bad side no justice given to the scale with respect to the design.

Dislikes

...wards staff welfare. Lack of work in office at many times leading to frustation. Salary happens between 7th -12th of every month. Appraisals are not very good. The staff is very friendly but the overall working atmosphere is not conducive enough due to poor management. Think twice before planning to join this company.
