The only good part is some really big projects. But on the bad side no justice given to the scale with respect to the design.

Dislikes

No career growth, unnecessary rework in projects, no work life balance. Management not at all sensitive towards staff welfare. Lack of work in office at many times leading to frustation. Salary happens between 7th -12th of every month. Appraisals are not very good. The staff is very friendly but the overall working atmosphere is notconducive enough due to poor management. Think twice before planning to join this company....Read More
