Before joining please confirm your inhand salary with HR, the sweet HR team will manipulate you with terms, lower salary, sometime forget to appreciate right candidate, Micromanagement (Nano-micromanagement), a little bit of favoritism also exists

...e US Parties. The standard reply from last two years. 2 There is WAGE DISPARITY. You can see many people who are on the same position with different salary packages. The employees feel stressed out working under such environment especially when you are the team lead/process lead and the colleague working under you is paid more than you. 3 The Management is somehow always fail to understand the Floor Environment. The employees on the lowest job roles are humiliated by the team leads and their supervisors. If there's an complaint is made on the same than the management takes it otherwise and the complainant gets in much stressed. 4 There's lot of Favoritism which thrives like termite colony, throws out the real talent from the company. These termites do as the management like and say what they wants to hear. The honest feedbacks are always considered as starting point of humiliation/harassment. 5 You don't get to see any policy regarding women safety and anti - harassment (as such no policy but still). However on the floor you can hear many things that female employees are mistreated, harassed, asked out on dates by well positioned employee. The reason being there's no one is complaining the same. But still I added this on the review to this company. 6 The company does not consider Indian Holidays especially the Finance Team by reasoning it with requirement of Business Need. Even if their US Parties are considering the importance of these holidays, the management of Finance team India forcefully making their employees work on this holidays and if anyone retaliate their doings, they create unnecessary havoc.

...industry. Favouritism works there a lot. If you are from AIS (American Info Sys.) and even if you doesn't know anything about accounts domain, they will hire you with good package. But if you have knowledge, experience, it doesn't mean to them. They only need boot lickers. Once I heard that "if disciples (GM & SM-A&M) are like them then imagine about their GURU (US-CFO)". If you bring any attention to HR about work environment, then it immediately rush to GM - A&F. Being subsidiary to US comp, US mgmt doesn't interfere. Believe me, GM & SM-A&F. have their own network of spies in the company. There is a lot micromanagement. If you resign, they will treat to like enemy and it happened to me. They have habit of telling you and make you understand in general meeting that, in this pandemic time, no one is giving job but we did it. It means you are slave. This is my review, rest is up to you if you want to join.

Toxic work culture. Egoistic People around the floor. No use of technologies. No will consider your your input, lots of favorisum, Manager always support to whom he likes a most, No limit of Micromanagent, no growth but 100% de-growth.
