...mates are supportive & the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair & they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

There is lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...anagement is good support. There is not a huge cafeteria or chilling activities. Company policies are not good and not given hike salary for 3 years. No bonus and no increments and not believing on company workers for any kind of reasons.

Proper documentation related to work , is one of the major things i learned from arch. They are using advanced technology like SAP system. They also take care about workers, those are working with industries.

They are not giving salary on time.

Very good HR policy in arch pharma labs all facilities well, I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has global clients base another plus point is my colleagues come from various cultures backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration I also like the employees ree hire policy here

Competition is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high

Say 6 years back company has talented work force with R & D team having excellent R & D center.. Different projects were on way.

Dislikes

Payment is good only for selected members irrespective of technical knowledge or skills. No proper planning at higher level also. Absence of long range planning or mission. Talented or experience perans at much higher ranks at HO are not available. Misuse or diversification of funds.
