Unusual delay in salary and non release of Unwanted huge security amount deducted from dues salary which is not released even during emergency , accident, medical emergence and after leaving the company . one more very important point which is behavior of managerial team /accounts and bosses.

4 months salary late now and no extra benefits and from start lockdown they paying only 30% of gross and work from home pressure 200% than office and they treat to employee like as slave( majdoor)

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
