I'm learning every kind of work in civil engineering field such as planing, drafting, estimating, billing, detailing of drawing, electrical drawings so I have been working from more than 1 year in interior designer consultancy. I have learned lot of things ,first I joined as a fresher so this consultancy is supported me to learn the work quickly i enjoying the work here, every day I'm learning new things. Almost 75% of construction projects in Karwar district handling in our consultancy, so iam become a civil engineer by joining this consultancy.

Dislikes

Our design consultancy is in Karwar taluk, Uttar Kannada district in our consultancy only two staff are working here so work pressure is very high, less aportunities for carrier growth less salary increment and here no training for fresher sometimes we learning the work by asking our colleagues. Not fecilities provided for staff.
