Company culture and other things like accommodation facilities are excellent 👍

-First is package is low(15000)/month -Second is some plant like HBI not facilities like AC and proper sitting arrangement -Third is company not given any holiday tickit even not given sweets and extra things meaning not given blinder etc during Diwali -Fourth is confirmation time period is very long (4year) for diploma freshers. -fifth is if we compare with MNC group then it is very poor management

Working under seniors with good experience and calibre, standards of the company, safe and clean working environment,I like this working environment that keeps us pushing to learn more

Canteen food need to improve, salary for the experience candidates need to revise,

Good company to start. Company should look for work life balance for employees working in shift.

Compensation is different for different GET just base on college on the same designation and same work role

Poor salary structure. No policy for promotion. You will get silent increments if you are boss's favorite. Slave culture in company. No job role changes. If you pass 10 years in company your job role is not going to change.

Skill development and learning programs are good.

Dislikes

There is too much difference in the pay scale between newly joined and experienced people. Newly joined people get more CTC compared to experienced people. HR policy is too poorest.
