There is too much difference in the pay scale between newly joined and experienced people. Newly joined people get more CTC compared to experienced people. HR policy is too poorest.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Yes they supposed to us.

Those who r working here from starting are getting less salary than who comes from another company..not problem with that... Problem is that 4yrs experience candidate (joined from another company) gets more salary than those who r working here from 8yrs. This is very bad culture here.....

There management is top classes and there are more oppurnity for carrier growth.we have been doing services as contract role but we never felt that we stand alone.The management had a gave a imp reasponsbilities as a FG INSPECTION author.Everything is better and we are fell great pleasure.
