...well. The work area is good. But the senior person calture is not well and good. Only good thing is salary come on time. And no one can terminate the person easily.

In 2009 the great recession, when everyone laid off, essar recruited. When everyone had pay cut, essar raised the hikes. I haven't seen anyone laid off. if some on is laid off then, he is unfit in any organisation.
