Compensation and benefits are not good There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't support salary problem career not growth

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its amazing for fresher. It will mould you into an engineer. Learning is the best thing a employee will get an immense and versatile knowledge about an industry.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and you can't expect high salary hikes , increments or whatever. Financially its not recommendable

... full of task oriented jobs this is about myself which made me to get into this. moreover my teammates too have high skills which made me more enthusiastic to learn more,salary is good even ,they pay well for hard workers. career growth will be good even as ESSAR itself is a brand.

its only one thing that is as soon as they finishes the project they sent to different places as i heard from many of my team mates, but i like this because i love to travel all over india.
