...essional career development. But, I'm not getting it here at essar steel odisha. Salary growth or appraisal are very less despite of achieving production targets. Accommodation facilities are very poor in Odisha unit as compare to other locations like Hazir, Vizag.

There is too much difference in the pay scale between newly joined and experienced people. Newly joined people get more CTC compared to experienced people. HR policy is too poorest.
