No ethics, fully selfish , zero job security whenever they not need they through out employee with no mercy. They grab your money

Dislikes

It's not good in any aspects to join no job security. No salary. Dirty politics. No employee welfare. And it's more stick on that management not have a mercy with employee and HR will behave rather worst once u resgined and come out. They will black mail you with cooked complaints and cheap way they attack you loyal and ethics and character discrimination.

Job security is very very dangerious. In covid-19 aproxmatle 30 staffs dismissied.Even my age 56 +7 months. Now i can not do anywhwre work because next year 58 years will start and 57 will complete. Which organisation will give work at 58. Managemnts not tougught my family how they will take food.Tough myself only one person to earn.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
