Dislikes

The managers failed to provide clear direction and support, leaving the team feeling lost and demotivated. also more interested in micromanaging than fostering collaboration and growth within the department. which causes more pressure and overtime work.

CEO is idiot, constant layoffs, they fire even if there is dip of 0.5 % in revenue, ceo is fool don't know anything. He fired CTO, Engineering Director and almost the whole USA R&D Team, He don't have any vision, just acquiring new companies and bearing losses. He fired Co-founder & CTO Kate Itself. I have seen so many round of layoffs. Now one by one people have started to resign I also will be resigning in next few months, CEO has made culture really worse.
