Dislikes

The managers failed to provide clear direction and support, leaving the team feeling lost and demotivated. also more interested in micromanaging than fostering collaboration and growth within the department. which causes more pressure and overtime work.

Work Life Balance, Manager and Remote First Policy Is Great.

CEO is idiot, constant layoffs, they fire even if there is dip of 0.5 % in revenue, ceo is fool don't know anything. He fired CTO, Engineering Director and almost the whole USA R&D Team, He don't have any vision, just acquiring new companies and bearing losses. He fired Co-founder & CTO Kate Itself. I have seen so many round of layoffs. Now one by one people have started to resign I also will be resigning in next few months, CEO has made culture really worse.

1, It's a hybrid working mode, 2, No work pressure.

Dislikes

1, High politics, 2, Managers dono how to handle team leads and team leads dono how to handle the people who are working below, 3, Christian peoples will be in the higher positions most probably, 4, there won't be a proper work flow in the work, even people who work for long time they won't know how to solve the problem.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
