Politics is in vains Bad for good self respect full people Limited access of technology for all. For those you just give buttering the organisation. Advice - If join then should not stay very long.

1. Toxic Work culture 2. Exploit fresher candidates 3. No place for honest hard work 4. Perks & Benefits will be changed once you join the organization irrespective of what's written in your joining letter 5. Managers will provide promotions to those candidates who pamper their egos 6. Persons have to work on week-offs or holidays 7. No extra benefit for extra work or night shifts 8. Too much office politics and gossiping 9. No job security, basically you are at the mercy of your manager and they can terminate you without any prior notice.

... actions from HR Team never before, they always helpful to resolve our issues 3. Salary- As per Kolkata Standerd, they offer really decent salary. 4. ARC having its big Game Zone in Kolkata office, which is really awesome and even they organize their Sports Carnival including internal Cricket/Football match every year 5. Colleagues are very much helpful and work culture is good 6. Job stability is there, they celebrate tenure appreciations every year which means ARC awarded the employees who have completed their 5 and 10 years in the organization 7. You can easily get in touch with any senior member from Management team 8. ARC provides free Cab/Shuttle services for its employees 9. Growth options are also there and you will get decent hikes once in a year

1. Pantry is in 7th Floor Only, it should be in 6th floor too 2. Lifts are not working properly, though there is special lift in 7th floor but for 6th floor you have to use old lift 3. No Smoking Zone

1) zero job security, employees are forced to resign secretly anytime without prior notice 2) awful management , full of boundaryless mind numbing politics here to deal with. 3) top management manipulates and use people by false speech and fake promises 4) management put their noses in people's personal life and they keep record of every single mistake employee makes in their list for eternity without considering their positive contributions so that they can fire them easily anytime or stop their growth by highlighting their past mistakes. 5) managers will not guide juniors properly and manipulate every report to push their favourites to the high , if you are not on of them then no matter how good you are, it's pointless. 6) people can work here consistently good for years but no increment or growth given here . 7) no work life balance and they try to replace people if they find a microscopic fault in them 8) they hire interns in bulk to get their labour's and work done in low investment so that they can throw them out later without much hassle. Even the lift does not work properly here

...cy at your home they won't even consider giving you wfh or sabbatical leave. 11. Minimum pay compared to other companies. 12. No team building activity and they will give you theats to fire you, if you don't do what they say. 13. Unqualified people climbing up the ladder because they have a good connection with top management people. 14. Washrooms are dirty, desks are not clean, coffee machines sometimes not working, you can't directly approach HR or VP you have to get to them through appointment first. 15. You can not even use mobile inside the office. They place restrictions on using mobile even if you are listening to songs while working. 16. This is not a professional environment, this is more like a college environment where professionalism goes out of the window from the moment you join. 17. If you are a intern or working in probation period then they will not give you confirmation and keep you hanging. WORST COMPANY IN KOLKATA JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
