Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...ery ex Arc employee as the current ones are scared to talk. Deceivers and Liers. Won't fulfill their commitments to employees at all except crediting salary on time. That's y some people tolerate everything and work here. Inefficient management and owner isn't bothered. Very bad and life will get spoiled here.
