The infrastructure

Dislikes

The career growth is null. Salaries arent at par with the qualifications of the teacher. Lot of politics where people bring down the morale of fellow workers. The school policies aren't fair enough and there is zero appreciation for hardworking teachers.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give very valuable support for their Employees.

The TEAM was excellent, the school was in the early stages and became a full fledged school in within 4 years in an area of 25 Sq Km, imparting education up to Senior Secondary Level."Other School's Envy, ARB's Pride" was the status.
