Hi, I have been working in Arbelos for 3 months and the my experience so far has been good. The work culture at Arbelos is unlike any other saas startup as they believe in getting things done. They don't embed a time tracker and that's good. It gives you more freedom and privacy as employee and especially when you're working in a remote work culture. Salary is comparatively less according to normal benchmark but when you're getting your work-life you have to sacrifice something. (give&take)

What employees look is for the securiy of job but there is - No Job security. No lofe balance. You will get to know that today is your last working day anytime when they feel you release. So here dont look for the work from home facility, as there is no job security at all.

Dislikes

There is no sync in thoughts and process in the management. (3 directors) All of them runs in different directions. So the employee suffer.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
