Worst Company in kolkata. Worst management. HR directly connected with office politics. There is not equal rules for every employee, employee get special benefit if they had a special talent in office politics and this benefit is directly given by HR. If you think about your career don't join this company

If you care about your career, do not join this company. It is considered one of the worst companies in Kolkata. When you join, they make false promises, and the management, HR, and directors are of the lowest quality. The company follows a hire-and-fire policy, and HR engages in politics with employees, creating a very unhealthy work environment. If you value your career, steer clear of this company.

Few Old Employees working for last 10-12 years but doing bad rumours about management, though they still doing job & getting increment year on year.

Some Teammates are very cooperative except HR and management.

HR and management is most worthless.At interview,HR told me to join as Adviser but at the time of giving appointment she told me that I joined as accountant.At work, she force me to do Tele Calling and Marketing Jobs. HR and management always try to create unethical pressure the new joiner to do marketing job.There is no increment and HR always trying stop increment.HR always try to show that she is savior of all but god knows whom she saved from whom.Corporate culture is zero. Management has no backbone and always try point out whom can be blame. No job security for politics and lobby neutral persons.
