Too much work pressure, work on weekoff, less increments, culture of fear, Unfair workload distribution and compensation. No work life balance, Toxic environment, taking leave means you have to work from home. Managers do not hesitates to call and give work to you on weekoff.

We are using very advance system as per world class level , which are very helpful for us in grow our working performance. Company provide training as per required to us for improvement purpose.

Dislikes

Day by day work load is increasing in operation department, we have no time limit for work. Due to excess work load we can go to home on time . Due to this reason work life inbalance. Also my work is in standing position we can not seat .

ARaymond is very good company to work with right Culture & right Ethical practices. Company gives importance to Learning & skill development of the employees. ARaymond have one of the best State of art facility for Injection Moulding in india.

Employees do not have access to Personal Mobiles(which in a way could disturb in work)

1. Department management too worse, No respect and improper communication. 2. Every time on urgent basis and everything on top priority. 3. No, leading management encouragement. 4. Not able to work free mind set.
