Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salad hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low.

Aravind laboratories where I had worked for more than one year in ramapuram. It is a good company and they are giving all the benefits to the workers as per the government law. It is good platform to learn the things and I can't able to continue my job due to distance issue

It is a professionally managed company. Very practical in approach to market/sales. The working culture is familiar and free hand given to all to contribute.The policies of the company is very transparent and clear. The management is always with the sales team.
