Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...othing transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for not chiling.Company policies are not good for office staff appraisals are not fair and they give not right time salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is bond of 1years before which you cannot resign .On the job training is not given to new joinees..
