The list is long and goes as below: 1. First & foremost, Mr. Akhil Taneja is the worst General Manager I have ever worked with. He would ask AFOM & DM to take forward Revenue Management, Spa sales & recreational activities revenue which was never communicated prior and is neither the part of your KRA. 2. The internal politics between Owners, Araiya Corporate, GM & HODs will screw your happiness in every 3-4 days GUARANTEED. 3. The food quality is pathetic, this is for staff meals as well as guests. 4. The resort gymnasium is meant for GMs personal use so don't be surprised if you find him in gymnasium and in other public areas more than his own office. 5. There are no SOPs formulated & implemented due to which a fresh employee eventually roams around like a headless chicken, engaged into fire fighting, wih no buddy or mentor to look upto, 6. There is Sewarage Treatment Plant installed next to the staff rooms along with Executive Suite & Deluxe Suite [Guest Rooms] at the very entrance of the property. This justifies the mindset of Higher Management as the day starts with pathetic, foul & odiferous sewarage smell. 7. Employees hired by GM himself (replacement) are the ones who are always appreciated despite of their poor performance. 8. Lastly, if you wish to resign then your resignation is not accepted unless you yourself onboard your replacement or wait for HR to source one for You. Moreover, train the person on job and then you can leave this place with the worst experience ever.
