Mainly salary structures are not good except its very good organization

Appraisals are worst and unfair. Toxic work culture and the manager not supportive. Not utilising my skills in a proper way. Always gave preference to politics rather than solving problems and created worst work culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary hike is very low and no career growth for phd candidates.

Pay scale, there is no standard pay scale its completely based on demand rather than the best people to be the part of organization with long periods bond with organization

I was hired for a package of 2.5lpa in which the 50k was some retention bonus so wouldn't consider and my in hand salary was around 14885 rs but for the freshers who joined in the financial year after myself got a package of 3lpa and now they are in search of freshers for a package of 3.6lpa. I don't know what's actually happening over there. They should consider their employees before deciding the package for freshers. Having experienced here for an year with good skills but didn't get a chance to handle a project on my own. Even in this year also I will not get good hike because getting a lakh hike in the same company is impossible but they are ready to give more for freshers.
