Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

This is college is running by total amateurs who doesn't know how to run a institute they only want working donkeys that don't need running horse you can't expect any good work environment in this institution and the workload will be like you will be taking class all the time without any break and talking about the salary that pay you very less and the principal doesn't have any respect towards the lecturer.

This college is running by total amature who doesn't know how to run a institute they only want working donkeys they don't need running horse you can't accept any good work environment in this institution work will be like you will be taking classes 24 into 7 still the principle is not satisfied and it doesn't give respect to the lecturers
